My overall experience with AV Media Systems has been nothing short of wonderful !
I initially met Paul Smith to provide a quote and solution to providing a video screen and sound system to our school gym. Paul was informative and happy to answer my questions with regards to what AV Media Systems could offer. Paul promptly followed this with a detailed written quote, providing a few options and pricing points and kindly made some great suggestions.
After going through a process with several other providers and consultation with our School Council, we decided to proceed with AV Media Systems. This is because they offered the most advanced and contemporary solution for our needs, the information presented and their overall product knowledge was outstanding.
Following this, the process to finalise the quote, plan for installation, and to have the system installed all occurred smoothly and without any issues whatsoever. Paul and his team were helpful and approachable throughout the entire process.
We are delighted with the finished product. We have a CUBE LED video wall in a P3 pitch and a Bose sound system which looks and sounds state of the art.
Throughout, Paul and his team were professional, courteous, informative and helpful. They certainly wanted the best outcome for us and that is what we feel has been delivered.
